THE RIGHT THERAPIST

It is important for you to find the right therapist to work with, as the relationship is very important. You as the client, need to feel comfortable enough to discuss your problems and difficulties.   Asking for help and engaging in therapy can be difficult. but it can give us insight and allow us to make the changes we need to, in order to live a more functional life. Working through difficult experiences and feelings can be life changing.

My ethos is “That all people are unique and individual” and I assess my clients individual needs to ascertain they have the right treatment for the problem and their personality type.

I am a recognised provider of most health care insurance companies and all my work is monitored using core outcome and client satisfaction questionnaires. Most of my referrals come from Consultant Psychiatrists, GPs and self referrals. In addition, I often receive referrals from clients I have seen In the past.

I am a registered member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
